Background
Since its launch in December 2019, Sakura Science Alumni Association in Indonesia (SAAI) has expanded its presence to grow into a network of more than 3,000 members. By hosting both onsite events and online workshops, active engagement among the alumni in and outside of Indonesia, resulted into this strong network. SAAI aims to further strengthen ties among members to enhance cooperation between Indonesia, Japan, and the world in the field of STI (science, technology, and innovation).
