I am very grateful to have participated in the Sakura Exchange Science High School Program, which was an amazing opportunity to learn about Japan’s cutting-edge science and technology and its rich culture and history. It was a life-changing experience that opened my eyes to new possibilities and inspired me to pursue my dreams.

During the one-week program, I visited several prominent universities and research institutes in Japan, such as the University of Tokyo, Chiba University, Chuo University Senior High School, and JAXA. I attended special lectures by a leading scientist Prof. Fujishima about " How to Get Clean World: Photocatalysis and Carbon Recycling". I was amazed by the depth and breadth of their research and their passion and dedication to advancing human knowledge and welfare.

I also had the chance to interact with Japanese high school students, who were very friendly and welcoming. We exchanged our views and experiences on science, education, and society, and learned from each other’s perspectives and cultures.

The Sakura Exchange Science High School Program has inspired me to pursue a career in science and technology and to contribute to global society positively. I am interested in learning more about the topics and fields that I encountered during the program and exploring new areas of research and innovation. I am also eager to continue my connection and friendship with the people I met in Japan, and to visit Japan again in the future for Higher Education.

I want to thank the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) for organizing and sponsoring this wonderful program, and the host institutions and organizations for their generous support and hospitality. I would also like to thank the Department of Science and Technology Government of India(DST) for their encouragement and companionship. The Sakura Science High School Program was an unforgettable and valuable experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life.
