How did Sakura Science Plan play a role in your study / research in Japan?
Sakura Science Plan (SSP) provided an invaluable experience to know how Japanese students think, study, and work in Japanese universities and to learn about scholarships. I was impressed and encouraged to improve the way to study, think, and also express myself in foreign language (English). After participated this program, I had a strong will to visit Japan again. I hope to study there, too. So in 2017, I joined the Asian Wetland Symposium in Saga prefecture.
Please describe your comments freely related to your life in Japan.
While participating the program, I met many Japanese students and professors. Everybody was very nice, friendly and helped me with a lot of things. Although they (and I) cannot speak English very well, they tried to listen and communicate with me. I feel grateful about their attitude.
Please describe your message to people who are going to participate in this program.
Don’t be afraid. Come out of the comfort zone and go after your goal. A new world is waiting for you. Good luck!
