How did Sakura Science Plan play a role in your study / research in Japan?

Sakura Science Plan play a role of orientation for my study in Japan. I think the Toyoha AMD facilities tour was excellent. I learn more experience about waste and AMD （Acid Mine Drainage)　treament from the Tour. It is very useful and it has suggested me to choose the research for PhD course in Japan related with heavy metal contaminant in groundwater.

Firstly, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to my advisor, Prof. Toshifumi Igarashi whose encouragement, guidance and support me during JST time and giving me opportunity to come back Japan again. Secondly, I am appreciated to the JICA-AUN/SEED-Net scholarship. Without his helping and this scholarship, I would not be able to pursue the doctor degree in Laboratory of Groundwater and Mass Transport, Hokkaido University. The life in Japan, especially, Hokkaido University makes me very satisfied, the most beautiful campus, Hokkaido university is modern, many beautiful sightseeing in Sapporo-shi city, the old museum with many valuables, friends in here are very friendly… All of these make me comfortable and happy day by day.

Please describe your message to people who are going to participate in this program.

For junior who would like to continue higher education, I strongly recommend that Japan is the No.1 choice. Japan is very suitable for studying, they will have opportunity to save exeperiences, knowledge and to learn advanced science, technology.
