How did Sakura Science Plan play a role in your study / research in Japan?

Thank for the support of Sakura Science Plan which provide a good opportunity to my students and me to carry on joint research with Prof. Kobayashi in Japan, and we have achieved some interesting result on the carrier dynamics in the organic solar cells. Now we are preparing some scientific paper.

Please describe your comments freely related to your life in Japan.

I like the daily life and scientific work in Japan very much. Researchers in Japan are very nice to share their experience with me, and I like their attitude on the work.

Please describe your message to people who are going to participate in this program.

Even though in Japan speaking English or writing in Chinese characters is ok for the communications, but it is still better to learn a little bit of Japanese.
