This is Roy Chan from Singapore and I have been a member since December 2014. My SSC membership started when Singapore Polytechnic hosted an exchange program with Waseda University for 2 weeks and I really enjoyed myself during those 2 weeks, amazed by the technological innovations and culture in Japan. I have been to Japan a few times since then and currently I am about to finish my bachelor degree. I am going to apply for the MEXT Scholarship as I have a great interest in studying/working in Japan. I do hope that the Japanese government can give me this opportunity and support.
