How did Sakura Science Plan play a role in your study / research in Japan?

Sakura Science Plan (SSP) paved the way to my first visit in Japan. From this experience, I was able to see first-hand what it's like to do research in Japan. I was also able to meet people that has greatly inspired me to do further research here. In a way, through the Sakura Science Plan, my perspective on how research is being conducted greatly broadened. This strengthened my desire to pursue a career in research.

Please describe your comments freely related to your life in Japan.

Life in Japan is completely different from the Philippines. However, my colleagues and my mentors here are definitely guiding me as I adjust not just in my research work, but also in my day-to-day life.
