While pursuing my Master’s degree in Area Studies at the Vietnam Japan University, I had the opportunity to participate in the Sakura Science Program (SSP) in Fukuoka City. Although the program lasted only one short week, I gained many valuable insights—from in-depth lectures on topics such as population aging, social welfare, and waste management, to interactive sessions with students from various universities that broadened my knowledge and strengthened mutual understanding between Vietnam and Japan.

This trip gave me a more comprehensive perspective on issues across different fields, helping me not only become more confident in my language abilities but also enhance my research skills.

Currently, I am a Japanese language lecturer. I am both teaching and continuously exploring ways to improve my research capacity so I can provide high-quality lessons and organize Japan-Vietnam exchange activities to boost students’ motivation and international awareness in this era of globalization.

In the future, I hope to pursue a Ph.D. program in Japan to further develop myself.
