In October 2024, I got the wonderful opportunity to attend the Sakura Science Program (SSP) at Takasaki University of Health and Welfare. The first day we arrived in Japan, the teachers and Japanese students greeted me kindly, making me feel not estranged but close. I was just here for seven days, yet I felt like I had learned a lot already. Professors taught us many significant lessons, including unique clinical examples and disparities in medical systems between Vietnam and Japan. The Japanese students were extremely cute and personable; they taught us a lot about Japan and led us to taste traditional Japanese cuisine like Okonomiyaki, Sushi, Takoyaki, and so on, which were all wonderful and unique.

SSP will always be a part of my heart─a special thank you to SSP for providing me with this invaluable opportunity, as well as the professors and students at Takasaki University of Health and Welfare. I will cherish those memories for the rest of my life, and they are the reason I want to return to this beautiful country.
