Getting a Job into Japanese Company after PhD Completion

After completing my PhD course, I got placed in the Nihon Parkerizing Co. Ltd, with the promise to connect India and Japan. Usually, students get placed after completion of graduation. Placement ratio in Japanese schools is high. The work culture is little bit different than student life as a foreigner, because in student life your responsibilities are not so high in terms of service providing. Whereas as a Japanese company employee you may need to deal with customers. So, it’s better if you start learning Japanese gestures and manners day by day while studying/ working, if you plan to live here for long time.
