It was a great privilege that I was able to join as, Faculty lead, the Sakura Science Program (SSP) administered by Japan Science and Technology Agency. This once in a lifetime opportunity allowed me to explore more about Japan and appreciate deeper its beautiful culture. This visit in 2023 (Tokyo and Shirahama) was instrumental in my just granted 5-year multiple entry to Japan. Because of this trip, I all the more crave to visit other parts of Japan. This time, I will be exploring the Kansai Region.
