It is really a great honor for me to participate the Japan-Asia Youth Exchange Program in Science. This is my first time to be in Japan and I am deeply impressed with Japan. The environment in Fukuoka is much better than that in Shenyang, fresh air, clean water and high forest cover. The architecture here is special and the people are nice.

Attending the ‘Sakura Science Program’ in Kyushu University left a deep impression on me. We left Shenyang for Fukuoka on January 14, 2018, and came back to Shenyang on January 31, 2018. These 16 days in Kyushu University were unforgettable. Not only the different diet culture and interpersonal communication, but also the academic atmosphere of this excellent university inspired me. The two lab visits, Center for Organic Photonics and Electronics Research and assistant professor Nogami Hirofumi’s laboratory, took me close to the laboratories. With the help of staff member’s introduction, I found that the achievements in scientific research are transformed as much as possible to industrial products. There are also cooperative projects between the university and companies. The combination of industry, university and research is excellent. In research activities, I found that experimental resources are shared, such as electron microscope and Focused Ion beam (FIB). Such technical support is so convenient for scientific research and specializing in one subject. Members in professor Chen’s group are kind-hearted, and all the people we met in this university are polite. This program was a memorable experience in my life.

Rigorous attitudes and devotion in Japanese working atmosphere inspired me, and also the scenery and the atmosphere of politeness. In the future, if there is a chance for me to go to Japan for further study or cooperative research activities, I will treasure such an opportunity and make efforts for it.
